By submitting a quote, placing an order, or using this website, you agree to these terms. BookPrint Direct provides book printing services only — we are not a publisher.

Quotes & orders

Quotes are estimates based on the specifications you provide and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing is confirmed after we receive and pre-flight your production files. Orders are accepted when we issue a written order confirmation.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on your order confirmation. Production begins after payment (or deposit) is received and the digital proof is approved.

Files & proofs

You are responsible for the content and the print-readiness of files you submit. We will flag obvious issues during pre-flight, but final approval rests with you via the digital proof. We are not liable for content errors approved on proof.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your manuscript, artwork, and cover. You represent that you have the right to reproduce all materials you submit. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from infringing or unlawful content.

Turnaround & shipping

Turnaround estimates begin after proof approval. Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier. We are not liable for carrier delays. See our shipping policy.

Cancellations & changes

You may cancel or modify an order at no cost before production begins. Once printing has started, costs incurred to that point are non-refundable.

Warranty & liability

We warrant that books will be printed substantially in accordance with the approved proof and specifications. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BookPrint Direct operates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
