- Account data: if you sign in, your email and authentication identifiers from our authentication provider.
- Usage data: aggregated, anonymized page views and device type via our analytics provider. No cross-site tracking.
How we use it
- Respond to quote requests and prepare estimates.
- Produce, ship, and follow up on print orders.
- Operate and improve the website.
- Comply with legal obligations (tax, fraud prevention).
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers required to deliver our services: hosting and database (Lovable Cloud), shipping rate and label providers (EasyPost / USPS / UPS / FedEx / DHL), and payment processors when applicable. Each provider is bound by its own terms.
Retention
We retain quote, contact, and order records as long as needed to provide services and meet legal requirements. You can request deletion at any time.
