Carriers & rates

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Live rates appear in your instant quote based on the destination and package weight. You choose the service at checkout.

Production turnaround

Shipping estimates begin after production, which typically takes 7–14 business days from proof approval. Add the carrier's transit time on top.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email once your shipment is scanned by the carrier.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. The recipient is responsible for any duties, taxes, and customs fees charged at the destination.

Damaged or defective orders

Inspect your shipment on arrival. If books arrive damaged or do not match the approved proof, contact us within 10 business days with photos of the damage and packaging. We will reprint or refund the affected copies at our discretion.

Returns

Because every order is printed to your specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind, content errors approved on proof, or buyer-side mistakes. Defective or misprinted books are covered under the damage policy above.

Lost shipments

If tracking shows a shipment lost in transit, contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier. Once the claim is resolved we will reprint or refund as appropriate.
